They vary slightly in size and shape, as well as in the amount and size of beds that they contain. They can sleep from two to up to five. Some contain built in coach sofas. All have air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV (+50 channels), refrigerator, closet, private bathroom with hot and cold water and private terrace or balcony with table and chairs.

* Apartment
One has a kingsize bed and a double bed. The other has one double bed and one single bed. Both have air conditioning, two ceiling fans, kichenette, (including refrigerator, dishware and cooking utensils), cable TV (+50 channels), sitting area with petite breakfast table and wooden chairs, open-style closet, hammock, and private bathroom with hot and cold water.

*Two Bedroom Apartment
It contains two separated bedrooms. The main unit is a large suite featuring a kingsize bed, a double bed, air conditioning, two ceiling fans, kichenette (including refrigerator, dishware and cooking utensils, sitting area with petite breakfast table and wooden chairs), cable TV (+50 channels), open-style closet, hammock, and private bathroom with hot and cold water. The adjoining bedroom features one double and one single bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, hammock, open-style closet and private bathroom with hot and cold water.

* Robinson Crusoe Suite
Four uniquely designed cabana style, two-level units. Thatched roof palapa exterior, stuccoed inside for your comfort. They are all located on the second floor.
Each first level contains a kichenette (including refrigerator, dishware and cooking utensils), ceiling fan, a small sitting area, open-style closet, foldout sofa (to accomodate larger groups or families when needed) and private bathroom with hot and cold water.
Each second level contains one kingsize bed, one single bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV (+50 channels).

* Grand Eclipse Suite (New addition!)
Very spacious deluxe family-size suite with private balcony. Located on the second and third floors,
each unit contains one kingsize bed, one double size fold out sofa, one single bed, air conditioning, two ceiling fans, hammock, cable TV (+50 channels), kichenette (including refrigerator, dishware and cooking utensils), a small sitting area, open-style closet and private bathroom with hot and cold water.

* Master Suite (New Addition!)
A top of the line, two story suite, each level connected with each other though rod iron spiral stairs.
The first level contains a kichenette (including full size refrigerator, dishware and cooking utensils), air conditioning, ceiling fan, a small sitting area, open-style closet, built in sofa that can comortably sleep one.
The second level contains one kingsize bed, hammock, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a small sitting area, cable TV (+50 channels) and private bathroom featuring a hot tub as well, with hot and cold water
This Suite also features a luxurious private terrace on the roof top, with partial ocean view, which contains a Jacuzzi, tables and chairs, and it also has direct access to all the common areas located on the second floor, making it an ideal unit for the ones seeking "high end" lodging.
