GENERAL INFORMATION
Hotel Eclipse will let you know of the availability of your request. If we are not able to confirm your choice of room for the dates specified, we will contact you with other options.
Once we give you the "ok" you will have to fill out and sign both the Credit Card Authorization Form and the Terms, Cancellations & Refund Policy Agreement Form and then submit them to us (by fax).
We will send you a confirmation number once we receive them.
In general we expect you to pay in cash or Traveler Cheques upon arrival. For your convenience, we also accept AMEX, Visa and Master Card. A 6% commission applies to credit card payments.
We require that you let us know your arrival time. We will not accept any reservations when you don't comply with this term.
We provide with ROUND TRIP airport transfer for $46.00 USD per person (within 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.) when theres more than two people that needs the ride. A surcharge applies to arrivals not within this time frame. The cost for one person alone is $65.00 USD.
The rates sleep one or two people per room. The additional person, if any, that's starting with the third person, without breakfast, pays only $10.00 USD per night. 6 to 12 year old children pay only $5.00 USD additional per night, without breakfast. 5 year old and younger children stay for free, without breakfast. To add full and abundant breakfast to additional person you add just $4.00 USD per night. All these additional charges & fees are subject to a 12% Tax.
In some cases we add cots or even extra single beds in the rooms (that depends on the size of the room and on the amount of people needing it).
*Important: please specify clearly what type of unit you want to reserve, especially when booking an Apartment (first floor) or a Deluxe Apartment (2nd and 3rd floor, new addition).
Our rates sleep one or two people per room and include:
-Full breakfast
-Beach Club facilities (sun loungers and umbrellas).
-Free coffee in our reception.
-Free use of bicycles (upon availability).
-Free use of snorkeling gear (upon availability).
-Free scuba diving demo.
-Free purified water (a large bottle of purified water is replenished on a "as needed" basis in our lobby).
